What are the responsibilities and job description for the Artisan Bread Baker position at Black Bear Bread Co.?
Black Bear Bread Co. is seeking enthusiastic, early morning bread bakers.
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include daily baking, shaping, and mixing of multiple naturally leavened doughs, preparation of pastry and bagel dough, and caring for starters. Must be willing and able to follow Black Bear’s carefully crafted recipes while working closely with other team members. Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
Full and part-time positions are available. Full health, vision, and dental plans offered. This position is an hourly wage and begins at 2 a.m. every day.
Compensation based on experience and resume.
