Role Description
The Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality systems, ensuring exceptional product standards, compliance, and continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence at our BRP - Kings Mountain Location; He/she leads in the planning, development, implementation, communication and improvement of the Quality Management Systems, Company Policies, documentation, and customer requirements, in accordance with internal standards and ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship (now or in the future).
- Candidates with immediate availability preferred
- Experience in quality management systems, quality assurance, and data analysis
- Familiarity with industry quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience using quality management tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are a plus
