Are you in search of a career and not a job? Are you physically fit with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a trade? BL Construction is currently looking for entry level tower technicians. BL Construction will provide formal hands on training and on the job training to give you the skills that you will need to succeed as a tower technician in the cellular communications industry. BL Construction will provide the classes and testing for all certifications which you will need to work within the industry. Applicants must be willing to climb cellular tower structures and work at heights of up to 500’ for ten (10) hours at a time. Fall protection, personal protective equipment, and tower technician training are provided at NO COST to the applicant as long as the employment probationary period of 6 months is met. Applicants must provide their own hand tools, but all power tools, fleet vehicles (travel to and from job sites), and testing gear are provided by BL Construction. Some general technical or construction experience REQUIRED.
