Civil Engineer Mid-Level – Land Development
We are looking for an individual with 4 years of experience, depending on area of expertise in land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design
Responsibilities Include:
- Grade sites and design of post-construction stormwater management systems.
- In-Depth use of Civil 3D to prepare alignments, surfaces, cut profiles, and generate contours.
- Assist the Senior Engineer in procuring municipal Land Development and NPDES approvals, including research regulations and attending agency meetings.
- Coordinate with project team across multiple offices on design, permitting and construction components.
- Prepare technical reports and plans to acquire permits and permit modifications during construction.
- Research permit requirements and local regulations
- Provide support and assist Sr team members.
Required Experience:
- 4 years of experience in utility design and/or land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- BSCE
- EIT Certification is preferred. PE is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
