We're looking for a driven Sales Representative who excels at building strong B2B relationships and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to retailers nationwide—helping them stay ahead of product trends, secure in-demand releases, and grow their business. What You'll Do:
- Be a trusted partner – Build lasting relationships with your assigned accounts, serving as their go-to expert for new releases, product restocks, and strategic planning.
- Stay ahead of the game – Monitor trends in trading cards, TCGs, and collectibles to guide customers on what to stock and when.
- Drive accuracy and efficiency – Review and process orders with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring smooth fulfillment every time
- Lead the presell charge – Help retailers lock in hot products before they hit the market.
- Fuel growth – Proactively identify new opportunities to expand account business and deepen partnerships.
- Keep accounts in good standing – Monitor receivables and work with customers to stay within terms.
- Bring the energy – Show up consistently with enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to customer success.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service (industry experience preferred)
- Familiarity with trading cards, TCGs, comics, collectibles, or hobby retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to clearly and confidently interact with business owners and buyers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of customer needs and opportunities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
