Job Responsibilities:
-Design foundations (e.g., concrete piers, slabs, grade beams, retaining walls, helical piles).
-Ensure designs meet building codes and standards.
-Resolve field issues with project managers.
-Optimize foundation design processes and support sales with foundation quotes.
-Perform structural calculations and draft detailed -specifications.
-Create and review foundation drawings for accuracy.
Job Qualifications:
-B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering with 5 years of foundation design experience.
-Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with RISA, RAM, HILTI, or similar software preferred.
-Strong understanding of geotechnical reports and anchorage design.
-Skilled in multitasking, project management, and effective communication.
-PE license or ability to obtain is a plus.
