IT Technical Support

BKM Capital Partners is a growing firm and we are looking for hardworking professionals that want to grow with us.  Located in our Newport Beach, California office, the Associate, Technology will be part of the Technology team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Technology.The Associate, Technology will serve as a primary point of contact for technology support across the organization, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of BKM’s technology systems. This is a hands-on role that blends IT helpdesk support, systems administration, and cybersecurity work. The ideal candidate is resourceful, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. This is a 100% in-office position.Job EssentialsThis person’s key responsibilities will be as follows (including but not limited to):Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support, managing requests through the helpdesk and providing timely, professional assistance to employees both in-office and remotely across BKM’s regional locations.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across both Windows and macOS environments.Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security policies in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Support and maintain hardware inventory, device setup, and user onboarding/offboarding processes.Assist with documentation of procedures, systems, and configurations to ensure consistency and transparency across the team.Contribute to ongoing technology projects, including cybersecurity, infrastructure and process improvement initiatives.The QualifiersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).1–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows-based systems.Familiarity with Intune, SharePoint, and Teams management a plus.Experience supporting both Windows and macOS users.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under pressure.Strategic, analytical thinker with strong customer-service orientation.Company DescriptionHeadquartered in Newport Beach, California, BKM Capital Partners is a fund manager specializing in the acquisition and improvement of value-add multi-tenant industrial properties in metro areas across the Western U.S. Combining a deep knowledge of this niche industrial product type with in-house capabilities including on-site property management, asset management, and structured financing, the firm continues to build on its proven track record, generating strong results with high levels of transparency and engagement for investors.
