Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused Hospitality Project & Client Services Manager to support our growing hospitality and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) project operations across the United States. FF&E projects commonly include hotel furniture, lighting, fixtures, décor, and other commercial interior products used in hospitality environments.
This role serves as a key connection between U.S.-based clients, project sites, vendors, and our overseas operations team. The position combines showroom coordination, project support, client communication, and field operations support within the hospitality and commercial interiors industry.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both showroom and project-site environments, enjoys problem-solving, and can help support project execution, operational coordination, and client communication in a professional and service-oriented manner. Experience supporting hospitality, FF&E, contract furniture, or commercial interior projects is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operations of the Charlotte showroom, including client reception, showroom coordination, and presentation of company products and services
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples, fabrics, packages, and project materials
• Travel to hospitality project sites across the U.S. as needed to assist with installation coordination, project support, field issue follow-up, and post-installation support
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams regarding project updates, operational needs, and issue tracking
• Coordinate local installers, repair vendors, and field service resources based on project requirements and location
• Serve as a communication bridge between U.S.-based clients and overseas teams by providing timely project updates, client feedback, and field information
• Support client engagement activities, including client visits, Lunch & Learn presentations, showroom events, and industry networking activities
• Maintain organized tracking and management of showroom materials, samples, fabrics, shipping activities, and operational logistics
• Support strong client communication and ongoing relationship management throughout project execution
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in hospitality projects, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), contract furniture, interior design, project coordination, installation support, field service, customer support, or related industries preferred
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel domestically within the United States as needed for project and client support activities
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project workflows including quoting, production, shipping, installation, and post-installation support is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Salary : $84,000 - $140,000
