We're looking for someone who brings not only technical expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, but also the ability to mentor junior staff, contribute to quality control efforts, and keep both internal teams and clients informed throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Project Design for Site Development
- Grading and Drainage Plans
- Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
- Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, preparation of specifications and cost estimates
- Project Management Assistance: Budgeting, Schedules, Client Care, Invoicing
- Design Team collaboration, and support
- Roadway/Streets final design package - Plan, Profile, Cross Sections
- Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans
- Knowledge of Federal, State, City and County Standards
- Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies
- preparation of Specifications and Quantity Takeoffs/Cost Estimates
- 6 years of experience in site development, design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public works
- B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
- Professional Engineering license in the State of Oregon or California is highly preferred
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required

- The typical base salary range for this position is 103,000 - $140,000 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is a salary position paid biweekly
