About Our Program
Performing Arts
Our proprietary Performing Arts curriculum integrates music, dance, and theater into age‑appropriate developmental standards. Children participate in classes and Broadway‑style productions that build confidence, creativity, and expression.
Learning Through Life Experiences (LTLE)
Our LTLE curriculum enhances cognitive, emotional, and social development through purposeful play areas and hands‑on learning experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 12–24 ECE units (including core child development courses)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool‑aged children
- Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Meets all state‑required education and experience criteria
- Strong communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Responsibilities
- Lead preschool and enrichment classes using our unique, creative curriculum to bring learning to life
- Ensure each child’s health and safety through close supervision and adherence to daily protocols
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play‑based learning
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment
