Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting construction operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and effort are paramount. 2 to 3-month project. Rate $18-$22/hr plus overtime for Laborer(s).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction setup, operation, and daily needs.
- Spotting/ Flagging equipment, Confined space attendant, Fire watch attendant.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting materials (under 50lbs) safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with construction safety standards.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of safety standards in construction environments, including safety protocol adherence.
- Familiarity with construction projects is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
