Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Labor Lead/ General Laborers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting construction operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and may be responsible for leading a team of general laborers to meet construction goals efficiently. Your hands-on approach, and leadership skills will help drive continuous improvement and uphold the high-quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and effort are paramount. Up to 12-month project. Rate $18-$21/hr plus overtime for Laborer(s) and $28-$32 for Lead Position. (Additional increased pay rate may apply if lead can bring team/Crew)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction setup, operation, and daily needs.
• Lead and supervise a team of general laborers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow on the assembly line.
• Spotting/ Flagging equipment, Confined space attendant, Fire watch attendant.
• Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting materials (under 50lbs) safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with construction safety standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of safety standards in construction environments, including safety protocol adherence.
• Familiarity with construction projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Pay: $19.00 - $32.00 per hour
