Duties
- Perform daily cleaning duties including cleaning restrooms, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to maintain personal safety and a safe environment during business hours
- Professional demeanor and dress code required/uniform
Requirements
- Must have reliable car to move between buildings.
- Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning roles such as hotel maid (preferred) or commercial office cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout shifts
- Good communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
