About The Role

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- (Schedule may change based on the camp’s programming)

- Help the child engage in group activities, games, and social interactions
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and inclusion
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support the child’s progress
- Collect and record data as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in psychology, ABA, education, or working with children
- Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay engaged, active, and attentive throughout the day
- This is a summer-only, 8-week commitment
- The Behavioral Technician will attend the child’s day camp to provide support
- Prior ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
