What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Specialist position at BK Behavior?
ROLE: The Talent Growth & Content Strategist will be the driving force behind BK Behavior’s digital recruitment presence. This role will own the strategy and execution of all recruitment marketing initiatives — from social media and content creation to employer branding. This is a hands-on, creative role focused on building and nurturing a strong pipeline of talented behavior technicians and clinical staff through high-impact content and community engagement.

Recruitment Marketing & Pipeline Growth
Qualifications: Proven experience creating engaging video and written content across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram; excellent writing and storytelling skills - able to capture both brand tone and human emotion; passion for BK Behavior’s mission of helping children thrive through quality ABA therapy.
Work Schedule: 36 hour general workweek, from Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00 PM, and Fridays 9:00-1:00 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include, but are not limited to):
Recruitment Marketing & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to attract candidates for behavior technician and clinical roles across all service states.
- Manage and grow BK Behavior’s employer brand across Indeed, LinkedIn Life, and other talent platforms.
- Partner with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure content supports open positions and hiring goals.
- Plan, write, and produce high-performing blog content optimized for organic traffic and education.
- Use keyword research tools and analytics to identify content gaps and develop topics that drive traffic and candidate conversions.
- Create scroll-stopping, viral-ready content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms that showcases company culture, career growth, and mission-driven work.
- Own the strategy and content calendar for all recruitment-related social channels.
- Stay ahead of trends, leveraging cultural moments, trends, and storytelling techniques to drive engagement.
- Building up a large presence on instagram
- Camera facing or narrating engaging videos
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on campaigns that highlight BK Behavior’s people, impact, and growth.
- Lead creative projects such as the Brand Ambassador Program and local community digital presence campaigns.
- Build relationships with current team members to spotlight authentic employee stories.
- Track campaign performance, optimize content strategy, and report on results
