- Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
- Support learning and daily routines at home sessions.
- Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting
- Accurately record progress and observations
- Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
- Flexible part-time schedule
