- Role Summary: As a AHE Registration Associate at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the AHE team by processing new applications, re-enrollment forms, ordering achievement tests, process payments, and provide effective communication to customers by telephone and email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The AHE Registration Associate will…
- Receive incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Process applications and re-enrollment forms
- Place orders for achievement tests
- Set up customer accounts
