- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through cold calling and client visits.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
- Actively participate in marketing activities, including exhibition preparation, advertising, website management, and operations.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop new business opportunities and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track product quality, collect customer feedback, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Provide after-sales service and support order fulfillment (e.g., confirmation, delivery tracking, and logistics).
- Gather intelligence on competitors' products and forecast market trends.
- Develop distributors and partners in assigned regions.
- Handle additional assigned projects.
Work Schedule
- Full-time: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation
- Competitive package: Base salary performance bonus commission (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred for international clients).
- Experience in the packaging industry is highly advantageous.
