Job Summary
We're seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to assist customers during our busiest season. You will be the first point of contact for parents, schools and sports organizations, answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, website navigation, and product information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with our production and photography teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit excellent phone and email etiquette during all interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, and solutions-orientated attitude
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM from late August through December
