Position Summary:
BJE Professional Services is seeking candidates for the role of Office Services Specialist. This position involves performing administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, customer service, and document management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and processing for all referrals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email (regular and secure), and faxes.
- Create, maintain, and archive files in accordance with organizational standards.
- Query databases and enter data efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries from providers regarding status and enrollment.
- Operate office equipment including PC, fax machine, copier, and scanner.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
