Roles and Responsibilities
- Working with leadership and team members to identify potential employees in need of support.
- Identifying employee needs and referring community resources.
- Coordinate and develop pipelines for employees to access resources.
- Provide low level counseling services to employees in need.
- Support 40-50 employees per month.
Hours
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Potential for flextime dependent on evening shift needs.
Required - bachelor’s degree in a Social Services related field
Preferred - LBSW (Licensed Bachelor of Social Work)
