What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urgent Care - Clinical Services Supervisor position at BJC HealthCare?
- Up to a $2800 Sign on Bonus
- Shift: Day Shift M – F (8 am – 5 pm) with the understanding you may cover if an Intake Specialist or Navigator are out (including Saturday shifts occasionally)
- Location: 12355 De Paul Drive, Bridgeton Mo 63044 - (Behavioral Health Urgent Care Facility on the campus of SSM Depaul)
- Team Dynamic: number of direct reports- approximately 15 to 20 direct reports.
- Job responsibilities: Supervises the Urgent Care staff of 9 and Supervises the Behavioral Health Integration Intake Team that operates 24/7(this would not be on call all the time) BHI team is 100% virtual, this Supervision is also virtual of about 5 to 11 staff members.
- Most common challenges: Triaging staff, client, clinic needs and other duties; Navigating complexities with differing healthcare systems working together in a joint space
Overview
BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
