What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead - Technology position at BJC HealthCare?
BJC is hiring for a Team Lead Technology. This person will be leading the support of 37 clinical applications. We are looking for previous experience in Application Support. Previous Team Lead experience is highly preferred. Looking for candidates in the St. Louis metro area.
Responsibilities:
On-Call Rotation Level 2 for escalations and Lab Bundling.
Oversee team assignments to ensure timely completion
Recognize process improvement for better efficiency
Identify opportunities to be proactive for issue prevention
Possess overall situational awareness
Assist team with major system events or general roadblocks
Assists manager with special projects
Develop/maintain on-call support schedules rotations
Update/manage CMDB and other team documentation ensuring all CI’s are maintained in a timely manner
Vendor escalation and engagement (Limited)
Backup for Manager/Analyst responsibilities
