Barnes Jewish West County Hospital is a new state of the art facility that opened for patient care in November 2019. We are looking for Registered Nurses that can become part of a learning and growing team.
Position Highlights
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus eligible*
- Full time - 3 (12) hr shifts 7:00 to 7:30pm
- NO Call NO Weekends NO Holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- PACU experienced preferred
- Prior leadership or relief charge experience a plus!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead Charge Nurse to join our team in the PACU at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital. This role is responsible for overseeing daily unit operations under the guidance of the manager, ensuring safe and efficient clinical work-flows, supporting staff and patient care excellence. The TLC will coordinate staff breaks and lunches while maintaining adequate coverage, lead daily huddles, communicate key updates to the team and assist in managing and adjusting staff schedules to meet patient unit needs. Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills needed.
