BJC is hiring for a Sailpoint Architect. We are looking for 5-10 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ Administration and Architecture. This is a remote position.
The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the hands‑on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s SailPoint IdentityIQ–based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and architecture.
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles.
- Experience with Active Directory, role‑based access control, and group management.
- Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale identity platforms and access governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Windows server administration and patching.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.

The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for creating a comprehensive architecture for IT solution(s) and providing strategic direction throughout the development process. They are committed to the development of all technology solution plans, assuring that technology solutions meet business requirements while aligning with long-term architectural goals, standards and principles. In addition, Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for researching, evaluating and evangelizing emerging technologies for possible use in the enterprise. The Senior Solutions Architect provides technical leadership across BJC IT domains, from project planning level through strategic decisions making.Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.
