Role Purpose
Responsible for conducting inbound and outbound telemarketing for BJC and its hospitals
Responsibilities
- Processes inbound and outbound calls in a consumer focused, appropriate and timely manner.
- Follows protocols for physician selection.
- Maintains awareness of abandon call rate.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of a coordinated team.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 2-5 years
