Sr. Physician Referral Specialist

• Part-Time remote position Monday - Friday, 8a-4:30p
• Previous call center and/or healthcare experience is preferred!

Role Purpose

Responsible for conducting inbound and outbound telemarketing for BJC and its hospitals

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound and outbound calls in a consumer focused, appropriate and timely manner.
• Follows protocols for physician selection.
• Maintains awareness of abandon call rate.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of a coordinated team.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

• No Experience
