BJC is looking to hire a Scheduler for Missouri Baptist!! 

Additional Preferred Requirements

• Schedule:  M-Thursday 6 am -4:30 PM.
• Holiday coverage rotated between 5 team members. Every 5^th holiday.
• Job duties: Scheduling cases, Assisting Charge nurse with office duties, ordering supplies, locker assignments for staff, updates daily needed forms including call schedules, staff and Physician rosters, Scrub assignment for staff through Scrub avail. Provide information and directions needed to desired locations.
• You will also interact with: Surgeons Nurses X-ray techs  Patient families on the phone. Other department nursing divisions. Physician offices, Pre-op post-op
• On-site Training 
• Daily Pay

Role Purpose

Responsible for the scheduling of outpatient services including full pre-registration and order processing tasks.
