Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Coordinate risk management activities to eliminate or minimize losses due to personal injury, professional liability, property damage or citations from regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
- Identifies loss exposure, risk control priorities and implements practical problem solving approaches to prevent or minimize loss.
- Develops and coordinates educational programs to employees on topics related to risk management, loss prevention, safety and regulatory issues.
- Develops, maintains, distributes, and provides in-services, and periodically updates various manuals.
- Works with legal counsel and insurance carriers in investigating all incidents, accidents, or events that could lead to financial loss.
- Disseminates information on claim patterns and risk control.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business/HC Admin/related
Experience
- 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
