Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
Rehab Administration includes Management, PT, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, GMC - Day Rehab, GMC - Rehab, GMC - PT, GMC - Occupational Medicine, GMC - Speech Pathology.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
This position acts as the liaison for all applicable clinical disciplines: acute nursing unit, case manager, rehab physician, rehab therapists, rehab nurses, and social worker and ensures that the clinical and insurance management of the patient’s case has been completed prior to admission. This position also acts in the direct patient care role as the rehab educator/navigator for the patient from preadmission through to discharge from Inpatient rehab.
