Regional Practice Administrator - Specialty Clinics
Goals of the Position
In this role, you will:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with specialty physicians
- Drive consistent execution of specialty-specific operational and service line standards
- Improve alignment between providers and clinic leadership around access, throughput, and quality expectations
- Develop and mentor Practice Administrators and emerging leaders across specialty clinics
- Strengthen communication and decision-making rhythms across multiple clinic sites
- Support adoption of system priorities while thoughtfully adapting to specialty-specific nuances
- Partner with service-line leadership to advance access strategies, throughput optimization, KPI performance, and consistent execution of specialty priorities
Required Experience
- Experience in Specialty Clinic operations
- Oversight of multiple clinics or practice locations
- Proven success with standardization and high-reliability operations
- Strong background in mentoring and leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to build physician relationships with clear accountability
- Excellent communication, influence, and change-leadership skills

The Operations Department provides support to the strategic and operational objectives of BJC Medical Group practices and is located in Town & Country.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Oversees operations for up to 85 providers in multiple practice sights. Works as a partner with the Regional Physician Champion and is responsible for overall patient flow, physician employment, strategic planning, marketing and financial performance. Provides management guidance to Site Administrators that are responsible for day to day operations.
