PRN BJC Brand Ambassador

Role Purpose

The Brand Ambassador role with BJC HealthCare plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by serving as a professional representative of the BJC brand. The brand ambassador must embody BJC’s values and reflect them in a positive way. Key skills and attributes of a brand ambassador include: personable, a strong verbal communicator, a role model for others, passionate about BJC, excited to learn more about BJC, authentic, trustworthy, reliable, flexible and community focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between BJC HealthCare and community members, through active engagement of participants at health fairs, festivals, corporate wellness events, and other local activations, ensuring every interaction reflects the organization’s values of Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Safety, and Teamwork and fosters a positive relationship with the BJC brand.
• Communicate the benefits and services offered by BJC HealthCare in an approachable, relatable, and informative manner to increase awareness and accessibility.
• Educate the public on healthcare programs, preventive care, and available services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of BJC HealthCare’s offerings as appropriately aligned with MarCom strategic marketing.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on how individuals and families can access BJC’s medical facilities, wellness programs, and community resources.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable presence while representing the brand at various in-person activations and public gatherings.
