BJC Medical Group is hiring a Practice Manager to support a large office that is busy and very complex. We need someone to assist in managing a 2 suite office with 22 providers and growing.
You'll supervise and mentor 2 Leads and a team of 27 total including clinical/clerical staff in Primary Care.

Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
