Your role will involve supervising Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representatives, and RNs, as well as managing budgets, staffing, and addressing patient concerns.

Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
