- Job Duties: Phlebotomy supervisor is responsible for coaching, developing, and supervising the staff in the inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy areas. The ancillary supervisor also sits on committees and provides subject matter expert advice in conjunction with others in the BJC laboratory system. This role will also review productivity, quality metrics, and operational goals of this team.
