BJC is hiring for a Technology Operations Analyst. This is a remote position, but looking for applicants in the MO or IL area only. This person will be providing tier 1 support to the providers. We are looking for healthcare and IT experience.

The Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) is part of BJC HealthCare's Managed Care department. The CVO provides effective systems interface with all BJC Medical Staff Offices and establishes collaborative working relationships to ensure JCAHO, NCQA, and URAC compliance issues as they relate to physician credentialing. In addition, this team manages and provides oversight for cross credentialing efforts among BJC member organizations.

The Technology Operations Analyst is an entry level role in a larger team which is responsible for supporting all infrastructure Configuration Items (CI) on the network. This includes the both proactive and reactive management and maintenance of systems in their assigned technology domain. Ensures systems are operating correctly based on standard protocols.
