What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medication Access Specialist position at BJC HealthCare?
The Medication Access Specialist assists in finding access to affordable medications for the insured and uninsured ACO patient population.
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Remote
- Triage medication cost referrals for any available assistance programs
- Assist with Medication-related Quality Measure Improvement
- Coordinate patient care needs in collaboration with and under supervision of ACO Clinical Pharmacist Specialists
- Provide medication access related education to ACO and BJCMG as applicable
- Pharmacy Tech experience preferred

Responsible for collecting, developing and monitoring project documentation to implement and sustain patient-centered care activities.
