BJC HealthCare is now hiring a Full-time Mammography / Radiology Technologist at our Alton Memorial Hospital location.
Position Details:
- Full Time (Days)
- 10 Hour Shifts, 4 Days Per Week
- Every 5th Saturday Required
- Position will have both mammography & general radiology technologist responsibilities
Overview
Since 1937, Alton Memorial Hospital has cared for residents in Alton, Illinois, and the surrounding communities in a five-county area. Starting as a land gift to the community from the Smith family, Alton Memorial today is a full-service acute care hospital. Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
