- 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
- This position is for the Edwardsville office, but the employee will work out of Belleville office

Role Purpose
The Lead Patient Service Representative acts as a subject matter expert on all front office activity & procedures and directs the patient flow process at the physician office. This position maintains a strong knowledge of and trains new and/or junior level team members on work processes. This position also serves as the primary point of contact in the absence of the supervisor, as well as a point of escalation on complex work situations.
