BJC is hiring for an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer - Telecom. This is a remote position. (Must be in MO or IL). We are looking for candidates with Five9 or similar cloud contact center experience, Avaya knowledge, and contact center in a health care setting.

Responsible for support, maintenance, and reliable operation of all voice telecommunications systems. Administers various support systems such as call accounting, traffic analysis, voice processing, local area networks, wide area networks, channel service units and multiplexers.

The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (ISE) is primarily responsible for the design and deployment of technical configuration Items from the approved technology portfolio to support the implementation of business solutions. The ISE plays a supporting role in managing Technical Debt and will work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Operations to minimize risk from legacy platforms.
