What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICPR - Clinical Services Supervisor position at BJC HealthCare?
- Shift information: Monday - Friday Day Shift, this program is a crisis program that functions 24/7 and some appointments may be in the evenings and on the weekends where the supervisor may need to be available for planned appointments
- Team Dynamic: 5 FT ICPR employees and 2 PT ICPR employees, this person will manage 7 fully licensed staff, LPCs and LCSWs
- Location: Program serves all BJC Behavioral Health areas in North County, South County and St. Louis City
- Ideal Skill Set : Must have clinical knowledge of family system, crisis counseling, high frequency interventions with treatment planning for youth and young adults at risk of being placed outside of their homes.
- Job responsibilities: Managing referrals, maintaining program waitlists, navigating program changes as clients move in and out of CPR teams, clinical consultation, leading team meetings and individual supervision. Ensuring that program meets fidelity requirements set by the Department of Mental Health

BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
