EXTERN - Surgical Technologist

GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!!

The Surg Tech Extern will commit to a PRN schedule working 2 shifts every 6 weeks. Hours vary and may include day and night shifts, weekends and holidays during the Externship.

• Orientation will be mandatory to start on a certain day (will discuss)
• Valid BLS/CPR certification through the externship
• Enrollment in an accredited Surg Tech program and completed 1^st two semesters, starting their 3^rd semester or beyond.

Role Purpose

Assists mentor with surgical duties for operating room procedures under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and/or surgical technologist.
