We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Nurse Manager to join our dedicated outpatient oncology team at the Siteman Cancer Center in West County. The ANM is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ANM will serve as a mentor, resource and clinical leader, helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

The Assistant Nurse Manager provides administrative support to Nurse Managers and direct reports. This includes coordinating patient care, performance management of direct reports, equipment purchasing/management, and statistical accumulation.
