Additional Information About the Role

St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Audiology Team. This role will oversee crucial responsibilities related to equipment procurement and insurance coordination. The role involves liaising with insurance companies for replacement parts and new equipment, ensuring compliance with insurance requests, and managing equipment delivery. Additionally, the position includes coordinating billing procedures and patient appointments with audiologists.

Full time, onsite position, Monday-Friday from 8a-4:30p.

Role Purpose

Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience

Preferred Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
