In this role, you will provide therapeutic programs for patients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Through individual assessments and group sessions, you will support patients in recovering and finding the best version of themselves.

Overview

Provides Clinical and Administrative support through the management and direction of CNS, NP and secretarial support staff specific to the psychiatric divisions.

Role Purpose
Implements a variety of structured, non-structured and/or individual treatment programs to facilitate rehabilitation of patients on psychiatry or chemical dependency services, inpatient units and day hospital or outpatient services.
Responsibilities
- Provides therapeutic programming to improve the functional capabilities of patients.
- Plans and documents patient care based on assessment of patients needs, diagnosis, level of functioning, and age specific needs.
- Formulates written patient assessment and treatment plan recommendations.
- Establishes treatment goals and documents patients progress toward goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Therapeutic Rec/Related Field
Experience
- 2-5 years
