Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate activities on construction sites. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling work assignments and monitoring progress.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets project specifications and standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project documentation and tracking.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to review contracts and assist in construction estimating processes.
- Train new crew members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and company policies.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations in a construction environment.
- Experience with using an ohmmeter for electrical work is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and contracts effectively to manage project requirements.
