Assistant Production Line Lead at Bizzy HQ

Bizzy Coffee is the #1 Cold Brew Coffee on Amazon and sold in stores like Target and Walmart Nationwide. We are looking for someone ambitious to join our fast- growing team!

Your title may be "Assistant Production Line Lead", but you’re really an MVP of Bizzy Coffee. Whether you work part-time, full-time, nights or weekends, we rely on you to step up and conquer demanding work to help us produce and ship our coffee all over the US. You'll operate the equipment and help pack orders all safely and with a positive attitude.

If you are new to production and warehouse work, our training is extensive and comprehensive to keep you safe and informed. Really, your work ethic and attitude are your most powerful tools.

Most importantly you will get unlimited coffee working at Bizzy.

**Shifts start at 6am sharp and might require working some or no weekends depending on time of year.

Background Check Required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Initiate line start up; this includes machine assembly, machine warm up, line start up and initiation of production.  
• Assist the line lead in training new operators, and delegation of roles to maintain optimal production speeds. 
• Follow and champion all GMP and food safety standards, while keeping operators accountable. 
• Use basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge to make small machine adjustments to ensure minimal downtime. 
• Use and follow instructions to change settings on machines using HMI’s, dials, and tools.
• Load materials into machines to be used in the production process. 
• Use and run manufacturing analytical software. 
• Intimately understand equipment hardware and software to operate as efficiently as possible and flag inconsistencies for maintenance.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment, tables, and general production area / machines according to cleaning protocols throughout the production period. 
• Fill in other roles as needed. 
• Fill in for Line Lead as needed in day to day operational needs. 
• Be the “swiss army knife” person. Be attentive to needs and fill in other positions to keep things going.

Physical Requirements

●    Ability to stand or walk for the day

●    Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (50 lbs. and above)

●    Bending, stooping, pushing/reaching above shoulder

●  Ability to work in a warehouse environment with a moderate noise level.

Education

●    High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required !
