What are the responsibilities and job description for the People Business Partner position at Bizzabo?
Description
About the role
Bizzabo is looking for a hands-on, people-first People Business Partner to join our evolving People Team. This role will be a close partner to leaders and employees across our North American GTM teams, focused on strengthening culture, engagement, and day-to-day people operations.
This isn’t a traditional HR role. You’ll work at the intersection of people, culture, and business — combining strong operational execution with genuine human connection. You’ll support a distributed organization in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry.
If you’re the kind of person who notices what’s missing, rolls up your sleeves, and builds what’s next, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re operating like a startup: agile, bold, and deeply human-centric.
