If you have a strong foundation in financial statement analysis and a desire to specialize in business valuation, this is a great opportunity to grow in a high-demand, low-stress professional environment. You do not need to have appraisal experience to apply - BizWorth provides comprehensive training and covers the cost of your certification through NACVA (National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts).

YOUR ROLE

This role is ideal for finance professionals eager to apply their financial analysis expertise and step into the highly sought-after, specialized field of business valuation.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to support business valuations, including:
• Income Statements: Evaluate revenue and expense trends to assess profitability.
• Balance Sheets: Analyze assets, liabilities, and equity to determine financial health.
• Cash Flow Statements: Review operating, investing, and financing activities to assess liquidity.
• Key Ratios and Metrics: Analyze performance indicators like EBITDA, ROI, and working capital.
• Research industry trends, market conditions, and comparable transactions to provide context for valuations.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive valuation reports tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to refine methodologies and workflows.
• Participate in training programs to build expertise and progress toward certification.
