YOUR ROLE

What You’ll Do
- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to support business valuations, including:
- Income Statements: Evaluate revenue and expense trends to assess profitability.
- Balance Sheets: Analyze assets, liabilities, and equity to determine financial health.
- Cash Flow Statements: Review operating, investing, and financing activities to assess liquidity.
- Key Ratios and Metrics: Analyze performance indicators like EBITDA, ROI, and working capital.
- Research industry trends, market conditions, and comparable transactions to provide context for valuations.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive valuation reports tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to refine methodologies and workflows.
- Participate in training programs to build expertise and progress toward certification.
