Responsibilities
- Coordinate
and provide logistics support (moving and transporting items between buildings
and conference rooms) for a full range of meetings and exercise events
- Arrange
and submit catering requests.
- Responsible
for scheduling meetings in support of initiating Technical Recovery assessments
- Own
and partner with team leads to manage the team in-box and provide prompt &
professional replies to assessment related inquiries
- Provide
day-to-day project coordination and administrative support, as needed
- Partner
with team lease content access and organization of working team documents
- Identifies
and finds creative ways to solve problems; escalates to leadership, as needed
Qualifications
- 2
years of experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator or other support
role in a professional business environment
- Collaborative
mindset and ability to work with project teams and leverage relationships in a
matrix environment
- Strong
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and BOX proficiency is preferred
- Analytical
mind set and exceptional organization skills with and high attention to detail
and quality
- Team-oriented,
with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective
communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven
ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Ability
to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion
- Must
be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on
your own
Pay Rate: $25 to $20 per hour
Salary : $20 - $25
