Job Description
The Project manager
will perform responsibilities described herein and adequately provide overall
project management to support the OMS 2.6 Upgrade Project, providing day to day
leadership of project functions.
Resumes are required
to reflect evidence of delivery for all the following project management
activities & deliverables:
1. Facilitation of
team meetings
2. Facilitation of
design sessions
3. Providing project
updates to the required stakeholders and project personnel per the project
communications plan
4. Facilitation of
project schedule inputs and updates
5. Creating,
maintaining and communication of the project Risk register
6. Creating,
maintaining and communication of the project organization chart
7. Maintaining and
communicating on the project budget and forecast for the full scope of the
funding project
8. Maintain and complete their System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation throughout the lifecycle of
the project.
